Their YieldPro software tracks every bag of flowers to meet the quality requirements of global buyers.

The company also runs an education program that provides 6,000 smallholder farmers with weather-resistant training and guaranteed purchase contracts. Among the 6,000 farmers, 82 percent of whom are women.
